^PO1Complimentary 7kW AC Home Charger - Customers will receive one 7kW single-phase AC home wall charger. The benefit is limited to the charger hardware. Installation, electrical works, switchboard upgrades, permits, network applications and approvals, and any other installation-related costs are not included and are the customer's responsibility. The customer is responsible for confirming that the charger is suitable for the property and for arranging lawful installation by an appropriately licensed electrician. The brand and model supplied may vary depending on availability. Geely Auto Australia reserves the right to supply a charger from any of its available suppliers. Supply timing may vary depending on availability. South Australia: Applicable electricity network requirements may limit or prevent installation or configuration of the supplied charger at a particular property. If the supplied charger cannot lawfully be installed or configured at the customer's property due to those requirements, Geely Auto Australia may, at its discretion, provide an alternative charger or another benefit of reasonably equivalent retail value. Availability and options may vary by location. Customers should check with their local authorised Geely dealer before arranging installation.

^PO2Complimentary Premium Exterior Paint - Customers may select one premium exterior paint colour available for the Geely Emgrand L EM-i at the time of order. The premium exterior paint colours available under this Offer are Glacier Blue, Alpine White, Cloudveil Silver, Polar Black, Volcanic Grey. Alpine White is the standard exterior paint colour and is available at no additional cost. Customers who select Alpine White will not be entitled to any substitution, rebate, discount or alternative benefit under this Offer. Exterior paint colours are subject to availability at the time of production. No cash payment, rebate or alternative benefit will be provided if a selected colour is unavailable.

General Conditions - This Offer is not available to fleet, government or rental buyers. Eligibility for any other customer category is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the applicable customer order. One set of benefits is available per eligible vehicle order. Once a vehicle is allocated to an eligible order, the Offer applies to that vehicle and cannot be transferred to another vehicle or customer without Geely Auto Australia's prior written approval. The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, discount or rebate unless Geely Auto Australia specifies otherwise. Except where expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, benefits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be substituted or exchanged. If the customer cancels the order, the order is terminated, or the vehicle purchase is not completed, the customer will no longer be eligible for the Offer benefits. Any deposit and cancellation arrangements are governed by the applicable customer order. The Offer applies to vehicles ordered during the Offer Period and is subject to vehicle, colour, interior option and charger availability, as applicable. Delivery timeframes may vary. The Offer does not guarantee priority delivery or delivery by a particular date. Geely Auto Australia may modify, extend or withdraw this Offer at its discretion, subject to law. Any change will not affect a customer who has already placed a valid customer order during the Offer Period and qualified for the Offer before the change takes effect. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
